Cloves, An Exquisite Taste of India, is located in Budd Lake, New Jersey. Cloves features a large dining room which is unveiled to you as you walk into the restaurant and around the large curved wall. The main dining area seats upwards of 70 people, and features spacious, elegant surroundings and classical, ambient Indian music humming from a surround sound system. The dining room also features an open view of the chef cooking on the tandoor, as well as light coming in through a small opening in the curved wall, illuminating the main dining area.
