Absolute authentic and traditional Southern German Homecooking. Open Sunday 12 pm to 3 pm, Monday thru Saturday 5 pm to 9 pm, Wednesday closed. From house recipe Brats w/Sauerkraut and German dark rye bread over Cordon Bleu w/Bavarian style potato salad to Jaegerschnitzel w/Spaetzle, Sauerbraten w/homemade potato balls and Roulade w/red cabbage.
